When she was out the team required another 66 at a run-a-ball - an unconquered height now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"To chase 330 is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the belief to achieve that now," added Healy.

"Preferably we shouldn't have to do it again but, if we do, we know we can succeed."

Those words will be the ultimate thing competing nations at this World Cup should hear.

In recent days a feeling they will win from any position has become more firm - this triumph succeeding win against Pakistan by 107 runs despite sitting at 76-7 at a certain moment.
